This is because not all your health and wellbeing needs are immediately medical.

You spend very little time with clinicians and the rest of the time you are managing on your own.

While it's important to have access to high quality medical care when you need it, sometimes the things you choose to do yourself will have a greater impact on your health and wellbeing than things that doctors and health professionals can do for you.
